Served in the Pejsestuen from 08:00 to 10:00.
Pejsestuen is located in the White House, and if you bring a thermos, we’ll be happy to fill it with coffee or tea from the kitchen. You are welcome to make a packed lunch from the buffet.

Here, you’ll find a terrace with tables and benches, which you are welcome to use. By arrangement, a grill can be made available.
Pejsestuen and Kitchen in the White House
The door remains open until 22:00, so all overnight guests can use the room for dining and relaxation. Our kitchen is also available in the evening if you need to use the stove or oven.
Tea Kitchen and Lounge in Vestlængen
On the first floor, a microwave and refrigerator are available.
Access to the Tea Kitchen/Lounge
You are welcome to help yourself to coffee, fruit, and the cake of the day.
At the bottom of the refrigerator, you’ll find access to bottled cold water.
It is also possible to purchase other beverages.
Extra pillows and towels are available, so feel free to take what you need.

Skærum Mølle is the ideal starting point for cycling enthusiasts. We offer covered parking for your bicycles at night, so you can feel secure. Explore numerous routes along picturesque country roads and safe bike paths that lead you through scenic areas. The small harbors around the fjord are easily accessible, each offering its own unique atmosphere. For those seeking adventure, there are also exciting bike trails through the forests, where you can often catch a glimpse of the impressive wildlife in the region.
Skærum Mølle is also the perfect starting point for hiking. Take the children on the educational Salmon Trail, which provides insights into the fascinating journey of the salmon. The historic forest of Naturstyrelsen, right next to Skærum Mølle, takes you through five different epochs. Other beautiful hiking paths, such as the Hjertestien, either begin or pass directly by, offering plenty to discover for both children and adults.
For our guests who enjoy fishing, we offer convenient facilities for cleaning, smoking, and grilling the day’s catch.
Just 5 km from Skærum Mølle, you’ll find one of Denmark’s most beautiful golf courses – an experience you won’t want to miss.
From Vemb Station, just 1.6 km and only a 10-minute walk from Skærum Mølle, there are frequent connections to Holstebro and Ringkøbing. Railway enthusiasts can also take the journey to Lemvig and Thyborøn on the classic trains, which will soon be replaced by Denmark’s first battery-powered trains. The train ride offers a unique view of the landscape and ends in the lively fishing village of Thyborøn, with restaurants, museums, and the majestic North Sea.
